This One Of A Kind Kayak Tour Is The Ultimate Way To Enjoy Summer

Looking for an unforgettable experience? Look no further.  The Fireworks Tour at Kayak Chicago is the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. It’s this reason the tour has become one of the most popular, with kayak enthusiasts traveling from all over the world to take part in this amazing float.

This legendary tour lasts 3 hours and is only available on Wednesday and Saturday nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The tour begins near the North Branch of the Chicago River, on the peaceful back channel of Goose Island.  From there you will travel down stream through the heart of Chicago past some of the most iconic buildings on Earth!

The trip takes you through a gorgeous passage, known as skyscraper canyon.

The views in this area are breathtaking to say the least!

Finally you arrive just past Lake Shore Drive, in time for the amazing Fireworks Spectacular at Navy Pier! Their fireworks display is fantastic, and its even more breathtaking from a kayak!

After the fireworks show, enjoy a snack and a leisurely paddle back to the dock to disembark from your kayak.

This is a perfect tour for both the novice and experienced kayaker!

A Chicago River kayaking tour is an intimate and active alternative to the city’s many boat tours.

Kayak Chicago has been providing amazing tours since 1999 and is one of the Midwest’s premier kayak/paddleboard tour destinations.  If an urban adventure is what you crave, than Kayak Chicago is the place for you.

Several other tours are also available, more information can be found by clicking here.

You Can Camp Inside This Incredible Cave For A Night You Won’t Forget

Camping is an incredibly popular activity and,  every year thousands of people, pack up their tents and spend the night under the stars.  There’s not much better than sitting next to a campfire, with friends and family.  Camping becomes even more memorable when you pitch your tent beside a beautiful mountain, or next to a meandering stream.  But, if your looking for an unforgettable camping experience, you can take your tent underground. Cumberland Caverns is located at 1437 Cumberland Caverns Road in McMinnville Tennessee, and more information can be found by clicking here.

This underground camping experience takes you deep into  Cumberland Caverns and offers an incredible adventure!

This unique trip provides a great camping experience both inside and outside the cave.

These overnight adventures range in price from $47 to $65 per person.  The price includes a guided tour and breakfast.

If you book two nights in a row you get an experience underneath the stars and the ground, topped off with a daily walking tour, breakfast, bonfire meals and the Rocky Topper Adventure Tour.

The cave maintains a consistent year round temperature of 56 degrees, so you won’t be to hot or cold.

There are more than a dozen different tour options available, and daily tours depart every hour between 9 and 5.

Guided tours last 90 minutes, and the guides do an excellent job detailing the history of the cave.

The more adventurous members of your group may enjoy one of the fantastic adventure tours, available daily by reservation only.  My personal favorite is Higgenbotham’s Revenge.  These tours last about 3.5 to 4 hours and take you into sections of the cave very few have every explored.
