Looking to test your speed and endurance, or maybe just have some fun with friends? Then join us for the 8th annual Gladiator Assault Challenge, located at Seven Oaks Recreation in Boone, Iowa. This Adventure filled race is the Midwest’s premier obstacle race.

The Gladiator course varies from event to event, but each year the goal is the same; to test the runner’s endurance, speed, agility, strength, and mental stamina. If there is one race you plan to run this year,make it the Gladiator Assault Challenge Saturday, May 18th or May 19th.

This challenging but fun race, includes 30+ physically challenging obstacles including: Vertigo, wall of shame, down and dirty, wobbler, toast, monkey cargo box, muddy bunkers, balance beams, nam, cage animal, snake bite, cargo climb and many more.

The 5 to 7 mile course will challenge you with running, climbing, jumping, crawling, and balancing. Get your friends together and sign up now!

Heats start at 8:00 am Saturday morning, with a new heat starting every 20 minutes with the last heat starting at 12:40 pm. The 12:40 pm heat is the Junior/Parent Gladiator run, and is reserved for parents and kids ages 10-15 years old to run together. On Sunday heats start at 9:00 am and run every 20 minutes with the last heat starting at 11:00 am. The last heat is reserved for the Junior/Parent Gladiator run.

All participants will receive a Gladiator tee shirt,finish medal,and a free beer.(must be 21 years of age) After the race is over, make sure to stick around for the post race party! There will be beer, music, grilled food, and lots of mud covered bodies.
