The cabin is located just 2 blocks from Lake Como, there are many activities & restaurants nearby including kayak & boat rentals. It is also located within minutes of Lake Geneva’s Ice Castles, plus fishing, hunting, hiking, ziplining, snow skiing, boating & much more.
The River Birch Cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a private balcony over looking the backyard, this is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book among the tall pine trees one with nature.
Not only is the River Birch a perfect summer escape, but it is also perfect for that Fall/Winter getaway. The River Birch has undergone a full renovation in early 2021 while keeping the authentic feel of the 1960’s A-Frame intact. The cabin boasts an electric fireplace for those cool fall/winter nights, full kitchen complete with small oven, dishwasher and microwave and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Along with an amazing fire pit area and open concept living area.
Lake Como is a private community with two sandy beaches, two play areas for the kids along with sand volleyball for the teens and great Northern Pike, bass and blue gill fishing. Bring your bathing suits, fishing poles and sunblock.
The River Birch is located within minutes of some of the best golf courses in southern Wisconsin – including Geneva National, the Grand Geneva and Hawk’s View to name a few. Fall fun includes Oktoberfest, apple picking, etc. During the winter months, the River Birch has excellent snow skiing options close by at Grand Geneva (10 minutes) and Alpine Valley (30 minutes). Also minutes away is the Lake Geneva Ice Castles and the infamous Winter fest with Ice Sculpting competition.
